How Our Distribution Workflow Runs

A clear sequence from the first request to the final delivery. Each step has a defined owner, a practical check, and a handoff that keeps stock visible and orders moving.

Step 1

Request and Scope Review

You send your product list, expected volumes, and delivery areas. We confirm storage requirements, handling constraints, and target turnaround times before anything moves.

Step 2

Warehouse Setup and Slotting

We assign pallet locations, set temperature zones if needed, and configure your inventory records in the WMS. Every SKU gets a defined slot so picking is predictable.

Step 3

Receiving and Quality Check

Incoming freight is checked against your purchase orders. We verify quantities, note damages, and update stock levels in real time before goods enter the storage area.

Step 4

Pick, Pack, and Label

Orders are picked by zone, packed to your packing standards, and labeled with tracking details. Each order is scanned at every stage so nothing leaves without a record.

Step 5

Route Planning and Dispatch

We group orders by delivery area and plan routes that cut travel time and fuel use. Consolidated loads go out on fixed schedules, with drivers following a set sequence.

Step 6

Delivery Confirmation and Reporting

Drivers confirm each drop-off with a signature or photo. You get a daily summary of dispatched, delivered, and pending orders, plus any exceptions that need attention.

Scope and Definitions

This page outlines the standard sequence we follow for warehousing, fulfillment, and delivery work. Timelines assume stock is ready at the receiving dock and documentation is complete. Temperature-controlled storage applies to goods within the agreed range; cross-docking requires a minimum daily pallet volume. Route planning covers the last-mile leg only, not inter-city freight.
