Client feedback from retail and e-commerce operations we support across South Africa.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

These notes come from warehouse managers, operations leads, and business owners who rely on our distribution services day to day.

Fewer stockouts after switching to our WMS

Judith Potgieter, operations manager at a homeware retailer, says real-time stock visibility changed how her team plans replenishment. "We used to run out of fast-moving lines every second week. Now the system flags low stock before it becomes a problem, and our order accuracy is noticeably better."

Delivery windows that actually hold

Sandile Solomons runs an e-commerce store selling electronics. He switched to our consolidated delivery routes to cut courier costs. "The route planning is practical. We get reliable delivery windows, and customers stop asking where their parcel is because the tracking updates are consistent."

Cross-docking that reduced handling time

Rev. lesego Patel, who manages a food distribution depot, values our cross-docking setup for perishable goods. "Temperature-controlled staging and direct transfer between receiving and outbound docks cut our handling time by a clear margin. Less touch points means less damage and faster dispatch."

Pick-and-pack that keeps up with peak season

A fashion retailer's warehouse supervisor noted that our pick-and-pack workflow held up during their busiest quarter. "The team adapted to our SKU mix quickly. Even with a spike in orders, the packing accuracy stayed high and returns stayed low."

Clear communication from the warehouse floor

Several clients mention the same thing: we share practical updates instead of vague statuses. One client put it simply. "When there is a delay, we hear about it early and get a revised plan. That level of communication is rare in logistics."

How Our Distribution Process Works

From the moment you send a request to the day goods land on your customer's doorstep, we run a fixed sequence of checks and handoffs. Each step is documented in the warehouse management system, so you always know where your stock is and what happens next.

Step 1

Request and Stock Assessment

You send us your order volume, product type, and delivery area. We review your current inventory levels and storage requirements, then confirm what can be handled from our regional warehouses or whether a cross-dock makes more sense for your timeline.

Step 2

Freight Receiving and Put-Away

Incoming pallets are checked against your purchase order, scanned into the system, and assigned a storage location. Temperature-controlled goods are routed to the correct zone before anything enters the pick path.

Step 3

Pick, Pack, and Label

Orders are picked by zone, packed to your packing slip requirements, and labelled for the correct carrier. We verify each order against the manifest before it leaves the floor, so mis-shipments stay rare.

Step 4

Route Planning and Dispatch

Consolidated delivery routes are planned around your delivery windows and fuel efficiency. The system assigns orders to vehicles, prints the route sheet, and hands the driver a clear sequence for the day.

Step 5

Last-Mile Delivery and Proof of Delivery

Drivers follow the planned route, capture proof of delivery on arrival, and update the system in real time. You get a notification when the order is signed for, and the stock record is adjusted automatically.

Step 6

Reporting and Replenishment Planning

Weekly reports show order accuracy, delivery times, and stock movement. We use that data to suggest reorder points and adjust storage layouts before small problems become stockouts or overstocks.

What we do

Distribution services built around your stock flow

We run regional warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery as one connected operation. Each service is designed to keep your inventory moving with fewer delays and fewer errors.

Regional warehousing and pallet storage

Secure pallet storage across our South African facilities, with dedicated zones for fast-moving SKUs and bulk inventory. We manage receiving, putaway, and slotting so your stock is easy to find and quick to pick.

Pick-and-pack fulfillment workflows

Order picking follows a practical warehouse management system that groups orders by route and priority. Barcode scanning keeps each pick accurate, and packing is checked against the order before it leaves the floor.

Real-time inventory visibility

Stock levels, inbound shipments, and order status are updated continuously in the WMS. You see what is available, what is reserved, and what is due to arrive without waiting for a daily report.

Cross-docking for fast-moving goods

Inbound freight is sorted and loaded directly onto outbound vehicles, reducing storage time for high-turnover products. This keeps handling costs down and shortens the gap between receiving and dispatch.

Temperature-controlled storage

Dedicated cold-chain zones maintain consistent conditions for perishable goods and sensitive products. Temperature logs are recorded per zone, so you have a clear record of how your stock was handled.

Consolidated last-mile delivery

Orders from multiple clients are grouped into efficient daily routes, cutting fuel costs and delivery windows. Route planning software adjusts stops in real time, and drivers confirm each drop-off on delivery.

Service Packages for Regional Distribution

Three practical formats for warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. Each package covers a different part of the supply chain, so you can match the scope to your order volume and storage needs.
