The specific scope of work, service levels, and delivery areas are confirmed in a written service agreement before operations begin. Information on this website is a general description of capabilities, not a binding offer.
You are responsible for providing accurate product information, packaging specifications, and delivery addresses. You must ensure that goods handed over for storage or transport comply with applicable South African regulations, including labeling and safety requirements. Failure to provide complete or accurate details may delay fulfillment and is not the responsibility of Ara Distribution.
Ara Distribution takes reasonable care in handling goods and follows documented warehouse procedures. Our liability is limited to the value declared in the service agreement and does not cover indirect losses, loss of profit, or business interruption. Claims must be submitted in writing within seven days of the incident or delivery date. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, Ara Distribution will return stored goods or arrange their transfer within a reasonable period, subject to outstanding payment. Access to this website may be suspended if you misuse its content, attempt to disrupt its operation, or violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
